Shortly after graduation at Law University, Pavlina Zefik started her professional career working as a legal officer in Macedonian Helsinki Committee for Human Rights. She coordinated several human rights projects and projects for rule of law and good governance.

In 2013 Ms. Zefik joined the Macedonian Bar Association and she established her own law office. She is a civil rights attorney and her main focuses are protection of human rights, non-discrimination, constitutional law and case law of European Court of human rights. She also works as criminal defense attorney.

Pavlina Zefik is the author of many papers in the field of human rights protection and European Court of human rights case law.
